Texture, Traction & Durability
Flake Epoxy Flooring
Decorative vinyl flakes are broadcast into an epoxy base and sealed under a clear coat. The result is a hard-wearing, textured surface that hides dust and everyday scuffs.

What it is
A textured, hard-wearing surface built for real use
Vinyl flakes are broadcast by hand into a colored epoxy base coat while it's still wet, then locked in place and sealed under a clear top coat. The result is a surface with genuine texture — not just a printed pattern — that stands up to tires, tools, and foot traffic while blending small marks and debris into the color mix instead of showing every scuff.

Why it works hard
Texture, traction, and easier upkeep
Texture with traction
The flake texture adds grip compared to smooth coatings, a practical choice for areas that see water or vehicles.
Forgiving in daily use
Multi-tone blends visually disguise dust, tire marks, and small debris between cleanings.
Named color blends
Pick from blends like Domino, Nightfall, or Shoreline — or ask us to combine flakes for a custom mix.

Surface preparation
The base coat needs a clean, mechanically profiled slab to bond to. We grind the concrete, treat cracks, and clear contaminants like old sealer or oil before the flake system goes down — the same groundwork every long-lasting coating depends on.
Easier maintenance
Because the blend mixes multiple tones, day-to-day dust, water spots, and light scuffs are far less noticeable than on a solid color. Sweeping and occasional mopping with a mild cleaner keeps it looking the way it did on day one.
