    When you submit our Contact or Get a Quote forms, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email address, phone number, and details about your flooring project (such as location, floor type, and square footage). We only collect what you choose to give us; we do not require an account or collect information beyond what's needed to respond to your inquiry.

    How We Use Your Information

    Information submitted through our forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information.

    Analytics & Cookies

    We use cookies and similar technologies — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Microsoft Clarity — to understand overall site usage, such as which pages are visited and how visitors navigate the site. These tools do not use the information submitted through our Contact or Get a Quote forms; form data and analytics data are kept separate.

    A cookie banner is shown the first time you visit. Continuing to browse the site without clicking "Refuse" is treated as acceptance and these tools load automatically; clicking "Refuse" opts you out and clears the related cookies from your browser. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

    Cookies these tools may set include:

    • _ga, _ga_*, _gid — Google Analytics, used to distinguish visitors and sessions. Typically expire between 24 hours and 2 years.
    • _clck, _clsk, MUID, MR, SM — Microsoft Clarity, used to understand navigation and on-page behavior (e.g. scroll and click patterns). Typically expire between 1 day and 1 year.
    • Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies — it is a container that loads the tags above.

    Google and Microsoft process this data under their own privacy policies (Google Privacy Policy, Microsoft Privacy Statement). You can also opt out at the browser level using tools like the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

    Third Parties

    Form submissions may be processed by a third-party form-delivery service once one is configured for this site. If spam-verification (hCaptcha) is enabled on a form, that provider will process a verification token when you submit. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
